Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for evaluating user-generated content and ensuring it aligns with platform policies and community standards. Using your attention to detail, critical thinking, and sound judgment, you will help promote a safe and inclusive digital environment while supporting the integrity of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and links, in accordance with established guidelines
• Apply moderation policies accurately and consistently to make objective and informed decisions
• Handle user appeals and content-related inquiries with professionalism and fairness
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain content quality and uphold platform standards
• Monitor trends and identify potentially harmful or suspicious activity that may require further action
• Escalate complex cases following internal procedures and compliance requirements
• Contribute feedback and recommendations to improve moderation processes, tools, and operational efficiency
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to platform policies while managing sensitive content
• Stay informed about policy updates, moderation practices, and emerging online safety challenges through ongoing training

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
