- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, subscriptions, account management, and product-related inquiries

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, customer-centric approach

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
