Role Overview: 

As a Customer Specialist – Digital Wallet, you will assist customers with inquiries related to digital payments, wallet accounts, transactions, and account access. Through phone, email, live chat, and other support channels, you will provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and secure customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with digital wallet accounts, payments, transactions, and account access.
• Provide professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot payment issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Guide customers through digital wallet features, processes, and security procedures.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records while following company policies and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
