Role Overview:
As a Call Center, you will act as the main contact point for users, offering support through email, chat, phone, and social media. You’ll handle a range of requests—from account support and billing questions to technical troubleshooting—ensuring customers receive smooth and effective assistance throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support across multiple communication channels
- Help customers with account creation, password recovery, billing questions, and identity verification
- Identify and resolve technical issues while keeping customers updated
- Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude in all interactions
- Record and manage cases accurately following internal processes
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Russian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
