Role Overview:

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, and live chat. Your goal is to deliver clear solutions and ensure a seamless, positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers through phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with account-related matters
• Communicate effectively to improve the overall customer experience
• Accurately log interactions and solutions in internal systems
• Identify complex cases and escalate when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
