Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing support through phone, email, and live chat. Your role will focus on delivering clear and timely information while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Channel Support: Provide professional assistance via phone, email, and chat
• Issue Resolution: Handle product and service inquiries, resolve problems, and assist with account-related requests

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
