• Apply company policies and procedures consistently to maintain platform quality and reliability.

• Accurately document actions taken and update case details in internal systems.

• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or workflow improvement opportunities and escalate issues when necessary.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case handling and aligned processes.

• Stay updated on policy changes, tools, and operational guidelines.

• Share insights and feedback that contribute to improving processes, tools, and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
