Role Overview: 

As a Customer Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for passengers, supporting them throughout their travel experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist passengers with flight reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
