Role Overview: 

As a Customer Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for passengers throughout their travel journey. You will provide assistance with bookings, answer travel-related questions, and resolve customer issues efficiently, helping to ensure a smooth, reliable, and stress-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Support passengers with flight bookings, reservation changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about flight schedules, baggage policies, check-in procedures, required travel documents, and airline services.
• Address and resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive cases in line with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Meet defined service quality standards, productivity goals, and response-time targets.
• Keep up to date with travel regulations, airline procedures, service updates, and industry developments through continuous training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
