Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for customers, delivering outstanding assistance through multiple communication channels. Your strong problem-solving skills and clear communication will be essential in creating a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer responsive, high-quality support through phone, chat, email, and social media
• Guide customers through account setup, login issues, identity verification, transactions, and technical queries
• Ensure every customer interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-focused
• Respond to requests swiftly and accurately, maintaining a customer-first mindset
• Build lasting relationships through clear and supportive communication
• Follow internal procedures while consistently delivering top-tier service

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
