About the Role:
As a Travel Agent, you’ll be an essential point of contact for clients during the booking process. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will help deliver a seamless, personalized service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and reserving rental cars that best suit their travel needs
- Offer tailored advice on vehicle options, packages, and additional services
- Engage with clients through phone, email, and chat with a friendly, professional approach
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and address any concerns
- Stay updated on rental policies, special offers, and industry trends to support clients effectively
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and reservations to ensure top-quality service
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
