Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and assist clients with their needs
- Handle and clarify customer inquiries in a professional manner

- Conduct outbound campaigns to existing bank customers, presenting relevant offers

- Accurately document interactions according to internal procedures
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese (C1/C2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
