Role Overview:

- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support through phone, email, and live chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related requests in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
- Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
