Role Overview:

As a Travel Agent, you will be the main point of contact for customers through multiple communication channels. Your role will involve handling a variety of inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customers feel supported, informed, and valued at every stage of their interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat

• Assist with questions related to accounts, services, and product features

• Provide clear explanations and step-by-step guidance when needed

• Resolve issues with empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving approach

• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems

• Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them to the appropriate team

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer support experience

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
