Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media

  • Assist customers with product functionality, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
  • Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
