Role Overview:
As a Customer Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for passengers, supporting them throughout their travel experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist passengers with flight reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries
- Offer accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage allowances, check-in procedures, travel documentation, and airline services
- Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
