Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you’ll be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure it meets platform policies and community standards. You’ll identify potentially harmful or inappropriate material, take appropriate action based on guidelines, and help maintain a secure and respectful digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and moderate user content in line with platform rules and standards

  • Identify and remove content that violates policies, including violence, hate speech, and spam

  • Make quick, accurate decisions while following established procedures

  • Escalate sensitive or high-risk cases using internal escalation processes

  • Maintain high levels of quality, productivity, and consistency

  • Accurately document moderation decisions and actions in internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations

  • Stay up to date on policy changes and moderation best practices

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Germany (C1) and English (B2)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Irish residency card
  • Experience: 0–1 year in content moderation or related roles
  • Mindset: Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow within an international environment
