Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers across various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality support, address customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support through phone, email, and live chat
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Offer clear information and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications and case outcomes within internal systems
• Identify complex issues and escalate them in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution
• Consistently achieve service quality standards, response-time objectives, and performance targets
• Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and operational procedures through continuous learning and training

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
