Role Overview:

As a Travel Customer Agent, you'll assist travelers throughout every stage of their journey. From managing bookings to resolving travel-related issues, you'll provide high-quality support through chat, email, and other digital communication channels, ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer support via chat, email, and other online channels.
• Help customers book, modify, or cancel flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services.
• Offer accurate guidance on itineraries, travel policies, baggage regulations, refunds, and other travel-related inquiries.
• Assist with payment issues, account management, and loyalty program requests.
• Resolve travel disruptions, including delays, cancellations, and missed connections, while escalating complex cases when appropriate.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions using internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external travel partners to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
• Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay informed about travel products, destination information, company policies, industry updates, and new digital tools through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
