About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers via chat, email, and online platforms with a wide range of travel-related inquiries

• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, including changes and cancellations

• Provide clear and accurate information on travel plans, entry requirements, baggage rules, and refund procedures

• Assist with account-related issues, payments, and loyalty or rewards programs

• Identify urgent or complex cases, such as delays or missed connections, and escalate when necessary

• Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service standards

• Achieve performance targets related to quality and response times

• Stay informed about travel policies, destination updates, tools, and process improvements

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
