Role Overview:

As an Airline Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for travelers, providing assistance with bookings, flight changes, cancellations, and travel policies across multiple communication channels — including phone, chat, email, and social media. You’ll help customers navigate their travel options, explain fares and baggage details clearly, and ensure every journey begins and ends smoothly. With full training and ongoing support, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide friendly, professional support via phone, chat, email, and social platforms.
  • Booking Management: Assist passengers with new bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Information Delivery: Clearly explain flight fares, baggage rules, travel policies, and available services.
  • Travel Guidance: Support customers with check-in, boarding, and travel requirement inquiries.
  • Service Enhancement: Suggest routes, upgrades, and travel solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and case outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
