About the Role:
As a B2B Digital Sales Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact for business clients, helping them discover and adopt digital solutions that support their goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with B2B clients via phone, email, video calls, and digital channels to understand their needs and present tailored solutions

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, qualifying leads and driving opportunities through the sales funnel

  • Deliver clear, persuasive product presentations and demos focused on client value and ROI

  • Support clients during onboarding, ensuring a smooth adoption of services and strong early performance

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking activity, next steps, and outcomes

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, conversion goals, and performance KPIs consistently

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)

  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian residency card

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2B sales, digital sales, or a commercial customer-facing role

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication abilities, with confidence using CRM tools
