About the Role:

As a Travel Agent, you will be the main point of contact for customers needing assistance before, during, or after their trips. Through digital communication channels, you will manage inquiries related to bookings, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, refunds, and general travel concerns—ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every traveler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers via chat, email, and online platforms with various travel-related inquiries
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, including changes and cancellations
• Provide clear and accurate information on travel details, entry requirements, baggage rules, and refund policies
• Assist with account-related issues, payments, and loyalty or rewards programs
• Identify urgent or complex cases, such as delays or missed connections, and escalate when necessary
• Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality service
• Achieve performance targets related to service quality and response times
• Stay informed about travel policies, destinations, tools, and process updates

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
