Role Overview:

As an Airline Reservation Agent, you’ll act as a key contact for passengers, assisting with bookings, flight changes, cancellations, and airline policies across channels such as phone, chat, email, and social media. You’ll help customers understand fare options and travel requirements, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support within a collaborative, customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and friendly support via phone, chat, email, and social media
• Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently
• Explain fare rules, baggage policies, and travel requirements clearly
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and general travel questions
• Offer tailored recommendations based on customer needs
• Resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams when needed
• Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes
• Stay up to date with airline policies, promotions, and industry updates

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Maltese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
