About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via chat, email, and online platforms with travel-related inquiries
• Manage reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, including modifications and cancellations
• Provide accurate guidance regarding itineraries, travel regulations, baggage policies, and refund procedures
• Support customers with payment-related questions, account issues, and loyalty program inquiries
• Identify urgent or sensitive travel situations, such as delays or missed connections, and escalate when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient customer support
• Meet performance goals related to service quality, productivity, and response times
• Stay informed about travel industry updates, company procedures, destinations, and digital tools

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
