Role Overview:
As an Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner for businesses starting with Google Ads. You will guide clients throughout the onboarding journey, from account creation to campaign activation, while implementing initial optimizations to maximize performance and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of newly onboarded clients, ensuring successful account setup and activation
- Strategic Guidance: Understand customer objectives and develop customized advertising strategies tailored to their goals
- Campaign Creation & Optimization: Build, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns according to best practices and performance goals
- Client Communication: Engage with clients through calls, virtual meetings, and email to provide recommendations and ongoing support
- Business Growth Opportunities: Identify upselling possibilities and assist clients in scaling campaigns using advanced solutions and strategies
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding experience
- Market & Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Google Ads updates, digital marketing trends, and new platform features to provide valuable insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C2) and English (C1 level)
- Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
- Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
