Role Overview:

As a Media & Entertainment Support Agent, you will be the main point of contact for customers using digital entertainment services. You’ll manage a variety of inquiries related to access, usage, and subscriptions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customers enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers via chat, email, and phone with service-related inquiries
  
• Assist with questions related to accounts, access, subscriptions, and platform usage
  
• Provide clear, accurate guidance to help customers navigate digital services
  
• Troubleshoot common issues using a calm, solution-focused approach
  
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems
  
• Identify complex or urgent cases and escalate when required
  
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality support experience
  

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
