Role Overview:
As a Customer Advisor for the Travel Project, you will support customers throughout their travel journey by providing assistance with bookings, itinerary changes, travel-related inquiries, and service requests. As a key point of contact, you will ensure customers receive accurate information, timely solutions, and a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and online platforms
- Assist customers with travel reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries
- Offer accurate information regarding flights, accommodations, transportation services, travel policies, and related products
- Resolve customer concerns and service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow internal procedures and operational guidelines to manage cases effectively and escalate complex situations when required
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within company systems
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented approach
- Stay up to date with travel products, services, policies, and industry updates through ongoing training
- Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure efficient issue resolution and smooth customer experiences
- Achieve service quality standards, productivity goals, and customer satisfaction targets
- Contribute feedback and suggestions to improve processes, customer journeys, and overall service excellence
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
