Role Overview:
As a Customer Support for the Car Rental Project, you will assist customers with rental bookings, vehicle-related inquiries, reservations, payments, and service requests. Acting as the first point of contact, you will provide professional support across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience before, during, and after the rental process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and digital platforms
- Assist customers with car rental reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, payments, and rental policies
- Provide accurate information regarding vehicle options, rental requirements, insurance coverage, and additional services
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow established procedures and company guidelines to handle cases effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions within internal systems
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach
- Stay informed about company services, promotions, rental policies, and operational updates through continuous training
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth reservation management and issue resolution
- Meet quality standards, productivity targets, and customer service KPIs
- Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance customer experience and improve operational processes
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
