What you'll be doing:

• Manage and support a portfolio of German-speaking clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Provide exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels (email, phone, chat)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues, ensuring a smooth experience for clients

What were looking for:

• Fluent in German (native or C1 level) and good command of English (B1+)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust

• Previous experience in customer service or account management is a plus, but not required

• EU work permit or valid visa for Spain
