Job Description:

As an French-Speaking OR Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative at Entertainment Company, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and assistance to our French OR Italian speaking customers. Working remotely from Portugal, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless streaming experience and resolving any issues or inquiries our customers may have.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide prompt and courteous support to Italian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone channels.
  2. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, technical troubleshooting, and general assistance related to our streaming platform.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with streaming devices, account access, and content playback.
  4. Educate customers on product features, content offerings, and subscription options to enhance their streaming experience.
  5. Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Support and Content Management, to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product updates, new features, and industry trends to better assist customers and address their needs effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in French OR Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Previous experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a remote or digital environment.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  4. Comfortable working remotely and independently, with access to a stable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  6. Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
