Multilingual Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a candidate who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues to work with worldwide brands, and are flexible to work in shifts and remote from anywhere in Greece. 

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via different channels in Czech, Dutch or German, Danish, or Estonian, or Finnish, or Norwegian, or Slovenian or Swedish +English(B2)
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Provide post-sale service
• Excellent etiquette with client and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Requisites:

Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills;

Good knowledge of English (B2 level);

Availability to work in rotating shifts;

Good computer skills;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;

Experience in customer service (preferred)

European passport or Greek residency card (mandatory)
