About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Digital & Brand) to join a fast-growing climate-tech company on a mission to reduce global CO emissions through innovative wastewater treatment technology.

This is a hands-on role combining digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand building in a high-impact startup environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and continuously optimize the website (SEO-focused)
  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns and performance reporting
  • Manage LinkedIn & YouTube channels, including content creation
  • Produce video content for campaigns, events, and digital communication
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials
  • Organize trade fairs and marketing events end-to-end
  • Run webinars and support email/newsletter marketing activities

What We're Looking For

Must-have

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital / Content / Brand Marketing
  • Strong SEO knowledge and CMS experience (WordPress or Webflow)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Analytics & Search Console
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluent German (C1) and English (C1)

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in video editing / production
  • Experience with webinars or trade fairs
  • Startup or climate-tech background
