About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Digital & Brand) to join a fast-growing climate-tech company on a mission to reduce global CO emissions through innovative wastewater treatment technology.
This is a hands-on role combining digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand building in a high-impact startup environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and continuously optimize the website (SEO-focused)
- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns and performance reporting
- Manage LinkedIn & YouTube channels, including content creation
- Produce video content for campaigns, events, and digital communication
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials
- Organize trade fairs and marketing events end-to-end
- Run webinars and support email/newsletter marketing activities
What We're Looking For
Must-have
- 5+ years of experience in Digital / Content / Brand Marketing
- Strong SEO knowledge and CMS experience (WordPress or Webflow)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Analytics & Search Console
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluent German (C1) and English (C1)
Nice-to-have
- Experience in video editing / production
- Experience with webinars or trade fairs
- Startup or climate-tech background
