You’ll communicate with travelers and guests in German and English, helping them with booking questions, payments, and travel concerns. Each day, you’ll play a key role in making their experience smooth and enjoyable.

📋 Your Tasks

• Handle calls, chats, and emails in German and English

• Support customers with their travel arrangements

• Resolve issues quickly and kindly

• Keep accurate records of your interactions

• Participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing

🧠 Requirements

• C1 German, B2 English

• Based in Greece with EU citizenship or work permit

• Experience in customer service or tourism is appreciated

• Ready for rotational shifts (Mon–Sun)
