As a German-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will guide travelers through their booking journey. From handling questions about reservations and payments to assisting with policy updates, you’ll ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

💼 Daily Tasks

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat

• Manage bookings, cancellations, and payment inquiries

• Provide product and policy information clearly and accurately

• Handle customer feedback with empathy and professionalism

• Collaborate with colleagues to find effective solutions

🧠 Requirements

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)

• Based in Greece with a valid work permit or EU citizenship

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage

• Availability for rotational shifts (Mon–Sun, 40 hours/week)
