Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via email, chat, and phone. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, offering support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
✔ Communicate via email, chat, and phone
✔ Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
✔ Research and provide accurate solutions to customer questions
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized service
What You Need to Have:
✔ Fluency in Czech (near native level – written & verbal)
✔ Advanced English skills (written & verbal)
✔ Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
✔ Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
✔ High attention to detail and accuracy
✔ High school education or higher
