Your Role:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers via chat, email, and phone, ensuring they receive the best possible support. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues, and maintain a strong customer relationship.

✔ Assist customers with inquiries and resolve their concerns
✔ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand and products

Your Skills & Experience:
✔ Czech fluency (near native – written & verbal)
✔ Strong English proficiency (written & verbal)
✔ Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
✔ Great communication and active listening skills
✔ Ability to multitask and work efficiently
✔ High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
