Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients

• Manage inquiries via phone, chat, and email

• Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system

• Cooperate with colleagues worldwide to enhance customer satisfaction

We’re Looking For:

• C1-level Dutch and B2 English

• Readiness to relocate to Greece immediately

• Valid work permit for Greece

• Customer support or tech experience is an advantage, but not mandatory

• Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn
