🌍 About the Role

As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers with their travel-related inquiries — from reservations and payments to policy clarifications and issue resolutions. Your role is to provide excellent service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

🧭 Your Main Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, or email in German and English

• Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, and account support

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

• Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve the overall service experience

🧩 Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1 minimum) and good command of English (B2 minimum)

• Work permit in Greece or EU citizenship

• Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, 40 hours/week)

• Comfortable using computers and online communication tools
