🧭 Typical Day

• Assist customers in German and English through calls, emails, and chats

• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and general inquiries

• Ensure each traveler’s issue is solved efficiently

• Stay informed on policies and updates

• Work closely with your team to provide excellent service

✅ What You Bring

• C1 level German, B2 English

• Based in Greece with EU citizenship or valid work permit

• Great communication and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility for rotating shifts (Mon–Sun)
