We are partnering with a leading, third-generation family-owned engineering and industrial services company specializing in crane operations, heavy lifting, and complex project logistics across Germany.

With a strong market reputation, a people-first culture, and decades of expertise behind large-scale industrial projects, the company is now expanding its regional footprint in Southern Bavaria and is looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to take ownership of new business development in the Burghausen–Passau region.

About the Role

As Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and developing long-term industrial partnerships across refinery, chemical, energy, and construction sectors.

You will own the full sales cycle – from first contact to closing complex, project-based deals – working closely with technical teams to design tailored lifting and logistics solutions.

This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape a growing regional market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new industrial clients and reactivate dormant accounts in the assigned region
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop strategic territory and account plans to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in industrial and plant environments
  • Identify new project opportunities through active market observation
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and dispatch teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven new business success
  • Strong hunter mentality and proactive approach to business development
  • Fluent German (C1/native level)
  • Residence within ~45 minutes of Burghausen
  • Valid driving licence

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in technical, industrial, or project-based sales
  • Familiarity with refineries, chemical plants, construction or heavy industry environments
  • Understanding of complex service or engineering solutions
