About Us
We are a rapidly growing international consultancy dedicated to unlocking global e-commerce potential through seamless regulatory compliance. We help entrepreneurs and brands scale effectively by demystifying complex international regulations—ranging from VAT and EPR to cross-border customs.
For our Frankfurt team, we are seeking a results-oriented, consultative sales professional. Moving beyond high-volume transactional cold calls, this hybrid role focuses on forging high-value, long-term partnerships. You will own the full sales lifecycle: serving as a trusted advisor to German e-commerce clients, securing recurring revenue streams, and representing our brand at key industry gatherings across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales process from initial lead qualification through to successful contract execution.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact and advisor for German e-commerce business owners, founders, and CXO-level executives.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close recurring-revenue agreements designed for maximum long-term growth.
- Performance Tracking & Forecasting: Monitor and forecast key metrics for key accounts, producing regular updates and annual revenue projections.
- Cross-Selling & Expansion: Identify upselling opportunities in your region for our full suite of compliance solutions (VAT, Extended Producer Responsibility/environmental rules, customs clearance, etc.).
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the firm publicly through webinars, industry podcasts, trade shows, and partner events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure flawless client onboarding, resolve complex inquiries, and escalate operational issues when necessary.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior members of the business development team.
Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
- Language Skills: Fluent German (C2/mastery-level) and business-fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience: 1–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, account management, or business development (preferably within professional services, SaaS, or e-commerce).
- Communication: Outstanding presentation skills with the confidence to converse credibly with executive leadership.
- Work Ethic: Highly structured, metric-driven, and resilient under pressure.
Nice-to-Haves
- Background selling tax, legal compliance, SaaS, or specialized e-commerce services.
- Professional proficiency in Turkish.
Disqualifiers (Red Flags)
- Inability to operate fluently in German.
- A purely transactional "hard-sell" cold-calling mindset rather than a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
- Unwillingness to travel occasionally or speak publicly on webinars and at industry events.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Education: A bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, though equivalent real-world experience is fully recognized.
- Tech Aptitude: Ability to quickly adapt to modern internal CRM platforms and digital event/webinar technologies.
What We Offer
- In-Demand Portfolio: Offer high-value compliance and regulatory solutions that are essential to modern e-commerce operations.
- Consultative Selling Environment: Focus on strategic, long-term relationships rather than relentless, aggressive cold calling.
- Hybrid Work Model: Base yourself at our Frankfurt am Main office while enjoying 2 dedicated remote workdays per week.
- International Event Travel: Opportunities to attend 3–4 high-profile trade shows and partner conferences annually across the DACH region and Europe (fully expensed).
- Growth & Culture: Join a well-established company (101–500 employees) that values continuous learning, constructive debate ("Disagree and Commit"), clear career progression, and an ambitious team culture.
