• Portfolio Consulting: Provide expert advice across a broad spectrum of protection plans—including auto, liability, and property coverage—helping clients maintain balanced, risk-mitigated protection.
• End-to-End Claims Handling: Guide policyholders through every stage of the claims lifecycle, delivering clear instructions and empathetic, solution-oriented support during challenging moments.
• Account Retention: Build long-term client trust through structured policy evaluations and high-quality customer service.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent command of German (C1/C2 level) to analyze complex legal policies and contractual terms, coupled with professional English skills (minimum B2 level) for internal communications.
