Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)
 - Saturday: 08:00 15:00
 - 2 days off per week: Sunday and 1 rotational day
 
Contract Type: Permanent Contract (with 3-month trial period)
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 830 EUR per month (paid over 14 months)
 - KPI Bonus: 170 EUR per month (paid over 12 months)
 - Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per day (net)
 - Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month
 - Position Bonus (Braga): 20 EUR per year
 
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative for the Meal Card Company, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them in navigating meal card services, resolving inquiries, and providing top-notch support. Youll handle customer questions via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a seamless experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, with strong communication skills in both French and English, and thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to meal card services.
 - Resolve issues and provide information on account management and usage.
 - Handle customer support across multiple channels: phone, chat, and email.
 - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and empathetic service.
 
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French (C2) and English (B2).
 - Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
 - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
