About the Role:

Cross Border Talents is seeking enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join our partner companys growing team in Sofia. You will be part of an innovative, fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service for a leading global brand that revolutionizes the entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through 90-95% email and chat support and 5-10% inbound phone calls.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to products or services.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions.

Your Work Schedule:

• Rotating shifts: Monday to Sunday
• Shifts scheduled between 10:00 AM and 2:00 AM
• Flexibility required for weekend and evening shifts, with extra pay after 10 PM.
• Taxi vouchers provided for late shifts.

Training & Onboarding:

• 2 weeks of comprehensive training followed by 2 weeks of nesting to ensure you are fully equipped to handle the role.
• All training hours are fully paid.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluency in German (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Good command of English (B1 level).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not required.
