Your Role
As a Customer Support Professional, you will:

Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels

Provide accurate, timely, and professional support

Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

Document interactions and follow internal processes

Collaborate with international teams to improve service quality
What Were Looking For
C2 or fluent Croatian
Good level of English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
Flexibility to work rotational shifts (Mon–Sun)
Previous customer support experience is an advantage
