What You´ll Do

• Manage, optimize, and scale paid digital advertising campaigns
• Plan and execute performance strategies with a strong focus on ROI
• Develop keyword strategies, manage bids, and oversee campaign budgets
• Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
• Create reports and recommend optimization strategies to drive growth
• Test audiences, creatives, and formats to maximize campaign results
• Collaborate with internal teams to unlock new performance opportunities
• Deliver a consultative, high-value experience to business clients

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads + GNS (Google Network Settings)
• Fluent Dutch and good level of English (written & spoken)
