What You´ll Do:

• Review, categorize, and moderate social media content following clear guidelines.

• Ensure all user-uploaded content complies with client policies.

• Make thoughtful decisions to advocate for a safe and positive online experience.

• Apply content policies consistently and efficiently.

• Assist customers via chat, email, or phone (project-dependent).

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

• Collaborate with your team while working independently when needed.

What We´re Looking For:

• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese (verbal & written) and very good English.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with Windows OS, internet applications, and MS Office.

• High attention to detail with the ability to separate personal beliefs from policy-based decisions.

• Positive, proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.

• Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support is a plus.
