Location: Greece (remote within Greece)
Start Date: January 20, 2026
Working Hours: Monday–Sunday | 08:00–00:00 (rotational shifts)
Contract: Project-based / Fixed-term
Work Model:  (On-site training + Remote option)
Salary: €1,500 gross per month

Your Role

As part of the Customer Support Group, you will:

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and/or email

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Resolve customer inquiries while ensuring high satisfaction levels

  • Follow internal processes and quality standards

  • Work closely with international teams

What Were Looking For

Fluency in Dutch (mandatory)
Good level of English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Availability to work rotational shifts (Mon–Sun, 08:00–00:00)
Previous customer support experience is an advantage

Training & Work Model

  • Training and nesting period on-site in Athens (Attica region)

  • After 90 days, possibility to work from home, based on performance and KPIs
