Working Hours: Monday–Sunday | 08:00–00:00 (rotational shifts)
Contract: Project-based / Fixed-term
Work Model: (On-site training + Remote option)
Salary: €1,500 gross per month

Your Role
As part of the Customer Support Group, you will:

Support customers via phone, chat, and/or email

Provide accurate and timely information

Resolve customer inquiries while ensuring high satisfaction levels

Follow internal processes and quality standards

Work closely with international teams
What Were Looking For
Fluency in Dutch (mandatory)
Good level of English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Availability to work rotational shifts (Mon–Sun, 08:00–00:00)
Previous customer support experience is an advantage
Training & Work Model

Training and nesting period on-site in Athens (Attica region)

After 90 days, possibility to work from home, based on performance and KPIs
