What You´ll Do:

• Use CRM and ticketing tools to manage and resolve inquiries efficiently

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve questions and issues within set SLAs, using our knowledge base and processes

• Achieve (and exceed!) performance goals in response time, resolution rates, and satisfaction scores

• Collaborate with teammates, share insights, and continuously grow your expertise

• Stay up-to-date on product updates and industry trends

What You Bring: 

• Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
